Consultancy at the company “Daily Taste”

Testing and launch of a production line for pizzas, pizza bases, pita bread at the company “Daily Taste “ owned by Mr. Makis Mavropoulos in Athens, Greece. The consultancy concerned various sectors: advice to perfect machinery in a totally automatic line which could reduce production costs; advice to extend product conservation to more than 60 days at room temperature thanks to modified atmosphere systems; training of staff on how to use machinery, finding the right mix of flours to get an innovative product on the Greek market. In particular, my consultancy was addressed to Ms. Kiriaki Louca, plant and production manager of the company
